1. About these terms

myflowtal.com is run by FlowTal ("we", "us"). FlowTal's company registration is in progress; these terms will name the registered company when it is complete. By using this site you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@myflowtal.com.

2. Information on this site

This site describes FlowTal's products, including products still being built. Release plans, features and dates show our current intentions and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product until it is available to buy on that product's own site.

3. Using the site

• Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break into, overload or copy it, or submit other people's details to the early-access list.
• The FlowTal name, logos, text and designs belong to FlowTal. Please do not reuse them without our permission.
• Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

4. Early-access list

Joining the list is free and does not commit you to buy anything. Being on the list does not guarantee a place in an early-access group; we open places product by product, and may limit numbers so every early-access company gets proper onboarding.

5. Founding offer

The founding offer rewards companies that start using a FlowTal product while it is in early access.

Who qualifies

• A company that starts a paid subscription to a FlowTal product during that product's early-access period. Each product announces on myflowtal.com when its early access opens and closes.
• The offer is granted product by product: joining one product early does not give the offer on another product.
• One founding offer per company per product. It belongs to that company and cannot be transferred or sold.

What you receive

• Founding price lock. The subscription price you start paying will not increase for the number of months shown on myflowtal.com on the day you join (currently 24 months), counted from your first paid month. If you change plan, the price of your new plan on the day you change is locked for the rest of that period.
• Founding discount, if one is announced for that product. Its size and how long it lasts are those shown on myflowtal.com on the day you join.
• Priority onboarding — guided set-up and a direct line to the product team.

Conditions

• The offer continues while your subscription stays active and paid. It ends if the subscription is cancelled, or stays unpaid after the product's grace period ends.
• Taxes (such as VAT or GST), currency-conversion and payment-provider charges are not part of the locked price.
• Add-ons and extra usage are priced as shown on the product's site.
• When the founding period ends, the standard price applies; we will tell you at least 30 days before.
• The conditions shown here on the day you join are the ones that apply to you; later changes to this section do not reduce an offer you already hold.

6. No warranty

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on information on this site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Section 5 protects founding offers already granted.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where FlowTal is registered, which we will state here when registration is complete. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law where you live.
