Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
FlowTal makes business software: FlowTal People, FlowTal CashPulse, FlowTal FP&A and FlowTal Accounting. In this policy "FlowTal", "we" and "us" mean the FlowTal business that runs myflowtal.com. FlowTal's company registration is in progress; this policy will name the registered company when it is complete. You can reach us at contact@myflowtal.com about anything in this policy.
2. What we collect

We do not use advertising, analytics trackers, social-media pixels or tracking cookies on myflowtal.com, and our fonts are served from our own site. The only browser storage used is on the staff sign-in page (myflowtal.com/admin), to keep FlowTal staff signed in.
3. How we use it
- To tell you when the products you chose open for early access, and to arrange onboarding.
- To give you the founding offer if you join a product during its early-access period.
- To understand which products and company sizes are most interested, so we plan the roll-out.
We use your details on the basis of your request to join the list (your consent) and our legitimate interest in answering it. We will not send you unrelated marketing, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
4. Who can see it
Only FlowTal staff who manage early access can see the list. We do not sell or rent personal information. We use these service providers, who process it for us under their own security and data-protection terms:
- Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting of this website and the database that holds the early-access list.
- Google Workspace — our email.
When we send automatic emails later (for example a confirmation that you joined), we will use an email-sending service and list it here first.
5. Where it is stored
The early-access list is stored in Google Cloud. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; where that happens they apply the safeguards required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your early-access details until the products you chose have opened and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer (then the product's own privacy policy applies) or you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email contact@myflowtal.com from the address you used and we will act within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
8. Security
The list can only be read by signed-in FlowTal staff; visitors to the site can add their own details but cannot read anyone's. Information is encrypted while it travels (HTTPS) and while it is stored.
9. Children
myflowtal.com is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is important we will tell people on the early-access list by email.
