CashPulse Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. The service
CashPulse is online cash-management software: a bank book for every account, cash-burn analysis, cash budgets and related reports, for one company or a group. Features available depend on the plan. We may improve and change CashPulse over time; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a paid period without telling the customer in advance.
FlowTal's company registration is in progress; these terms will name the registered company when it is complete.
2. Accounts and access
- Each person uses their own sign-in and keeps it secure. The customer's owner decides who is invited and what each person may see and do.
- The customer is responsible for what its users do in its CashPulse.
- Tell us straight away at support@myflowtal.com if you think an account has been misused.
3. Trial, plans and payment
- A new company starts with a free trial of the length shown at sign-up, with no card needed.
- After the trial, or if a paid subscription is not paid, the company's CashPulse becomes read-only; if it is still unpaid after the period shown in the app and in our emails (currently 30 days), it is deleted. We warn the owner before deletion.
- Prices, plan limits and add-ons are shown in CashPulse and on its pricing page. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled. Taxes are added where required.
- Founding customers receive the founding offer described in the founding offer terms.
- Payment, refund and cancellation details will be shown before checkout when paid plans open.
4. The customer's data
- The customer owns all data it puts into CashPulse. We use it only to provide CashPulse, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- The owner can download a full copy at any time (Settings › Backup & restore) and can set up a daily backup to the company's own Google Drive or OneDrive.
- We keep our own central backup copies for disaster recovery, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- CashPulse shows figures from what users enter or import. The customer remains responsible for checking its figures and for its own accounting, tax and financial decisions; CashPulse is not financial, tax or legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use CashPulse for anything unlawful; do not try to access another company's data, break or overload the service, get around plan limits or security, or copy or resell the software. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell the owner why.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep CashPulse available and secure at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Support: support@myflowtal.com. Billing questions: billing@myflowtal.com.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, CashPulse is provided "as is", and FlowTal's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount the customer paid for CashPulse in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the agreement
The customer can stop using CashPulse at any time; download your data first. We may end these terms if they are seriously breached. After an account ends, data is deleted as described in section 3 and in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell company owners by email at least 30 days before an important change takes effect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where FlowTal is registered, which we will state here when registration is complete. Questions about these terms: contact@myflowtal.com.
